Oasis Umbrella Statement on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

We at Oasis Umbrella are committed to act in an ethical manner and are aware of our moral obligation to assist in modern slavery and human trafficking. Along with this we also realize that modern slavery is a crime, serious offence and a violation of fundamental human rights.

We regularly review and try to improve our practices to slavery and human trafficking and are keen to work with our recruitment agency partners, consulting companies, end user clients and staff to eradicate this practice in the United Kingdom.

We are aware that by taking a best practice approach, this will aid with combatting slavery and human trafficking and ensure as a business we respect people and the communities in which they live. In addition, it is essential that our suppliers understand and appreciate the standards of business conduct that are expected of any company that we do business with and we only seek to engage with reputable organisations.

Oasis Accountants: Oasis Accountants Private Limited is a Private incorporated on 10 February 2017.We here make sure we that we take care of your accounts personally.

Oasis Wealth Management : Financial Advice from Financial Advisers providing information and advice on your personal financial planning. Our aim is to pave the way for a more secure financial future for you.

Oasis Group : It comprises of Oasis Umbrella, Oasis Accountants, Oasis Wealth Management and Oasis Planning.

Oasis Estate Planning : We help our clients with power of attorney,Tax planning,Probate and wills.

Our Policies

We are ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We also make sure our suppliers are aware of our policies and adhere to the same high standards.

Voilance of Child Labour

Child labour should not be employed. The term ‘child’ refers to any person less than 15 years of age (or 14 where the law of the country permits), unless the minimum age for work or mandatory schooling is stipulated as being higher by local law, in which case the stipulated higher age applies in that locality.

Work Culture :

We are Ensuring that all work is completed voluntarily and without slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.

our working Hours :

Ensuring that all workers are entitled to work and be paid for a minimum level of working hours; that working hours are not excessive; and that maximum working hours comply with national laws.

Modern Slavery Statements :

This statement is made pursuant to s.54 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Oasis Umbrella Ltd has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Modern slavery encompasses slavery, domestic servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. Oasis Umbrella Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.

Signing Off:

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide ongoing training to our staff and in particular to those who are responsible for purchasing and human resourcing. Training is also provided to all new employees to ensure they are aware of our stance on preventing slavery and human trafficking within the businesses and supply chains and how to identify if someone is being trafficked
